Affluentopia was founded by Alisha Chen, who graduated as a Bachelor of Science, Registered Nurse. Her preventive implications greatly helped many to avoid catastrophic situations and circumstances due to unanticipated life events. Alisha has over 20 years of experience working with healthcare professionals, lenders, real estate agents and clients. Alisha has a strong knowledge and understanding of the needs of each field and profession to provide products and services who need various types of insurance and wealth building goals.
Alisha is unique in her work ethic, professionalism and pursuit of quality. More than 70% of her business is with repeat clients or from referrals by past clients. Alisha’s experiences with multi-diversity and multi-asset level clients from various countries and cultures enable her to understand different types of needs and goals. Alisha has been passionate in helping those who have been incarcerated. In her own words, “there are plenty of people helping those who are little, small, cute and weak, but those who have a negative past and desire to do it right have more challenges to be on the right path. As a result, I have the passion to help incarcerated individuals”.
Alisha enjoys traveling and Zumba dance work out. While Alisha provides professional quality services, knowledge and a wealth of experiences in life, when she does not have to take on responsibilities in her spare time, Alisha is often funny and goofy around family members and well-known friends.
